Nestled in the heart of the Corbières, Restaurant Bourdasso reflects the Antonini family’s deep connection to Italian culture and the natural beauty of the region. Led by Cinzia and Fabio, alongside their four children : Ginevra, working in luxury events across Europe, Edoardo, involved in buffalo farming and dairy production, Giacomo, a talented chef, and Carolina, an architect.

Bourdasso is more than a restaurant; it is a place of sharing, warmth, and conviviality. The cuisine is sincere and authentic, offering a short menu of simple yet refined dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, some brought directly from Italy and others sourced locally or produced by the family. In harmony, the Antonini family works closely to create a unique culinary experience where every detail matters, from ingredients to service. Their vision extends beyond dining, evolving into a broader lifestyle expressed through an upcoming boutique hotel project rooted in elegance and territory.

 

Drawn in 2014 by the wild beauty of the Corbières, Cinzia and Fabio left Rome, where they had founded a design sportswear boutique, to settle in Pradelles-en-Val. There, they restored a historic building, transforming it into a living space where Italy and France meet in every dish, gesture, and welcome, sharing their Italian heritage through food, style, and hospitality.
